Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mash bananas in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in nut butter and vanilla.
Add oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt; mix until combined. Fold in optional add-ins.
Scoop tablespoon-sized mounds onto the sheet, flatten slightly. Bake for 15-18 minutes until edges are golden.
Let cool on sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
