A wholesome and delicious apple cobbler made with fresh Fuji apples and whole wheat flour, perfect for a comforting dessert.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix sliced apples with honey, cornstarch, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Transfer to a sprayed baking dish.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly. Add milk and mix until thick.
Dollop batter over apples and sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden.
Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use fresh apples for best flavor. Adjust sugar to taste.
