Dry ingredients

plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, combine yogurt, maple syrup, applesauce, eggs, and diced apple. Mix well.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups and bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
