A delicious and healthy apple cake that's low in calories and fat, perfect for a quick and nutritious treat.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (355°F).
Mix dry ingredients: flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon.
Whisk eggs and maple syrup until light, then add oat milk and mix.
Combine wet and dry mixtures, fold in sliced apples, pour into baking pan.
Top with butter pieces and sprinkle sugar for crust, then bake for 60 minutes.
Notes
For a lower-calorie version, skip the butter and sugar topping.
