A delicious and healthier banana bread packed with chocolate chips, perfect for a quick snack or breakfast.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 3 pieces spotty bananas
  • 2 eggs eggs

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups oat flour (see above for instructions)
  • 0.5 cup coconut sugar
  • 0.25 cup oil (avocado oil)
  • 0.25 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Spices

  • few shakes cinnamon

Chocolate Chips

  • to taste chocolate chips (for batter and topping)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • Mash bananas in a large bowl, then mix in all ingredients except chocolate chips.
  • Stir in chocolate chips, pour batter into the pan, and top with extra chips.
  • Bake for 50-55 minutes, then cool and slice.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
