A quick and flavorful stir-fry featuring seasoned ground beef and fresh vegetables served over rice.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb pounds Ground Beef
  • 3 cloves cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 4 cups cups Fresh Vegetables (Broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas, carrots) (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup cups Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp tablespoons Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp tablespoon Chili Garlic Sauce
  • 1 tbsp tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 cups cups Cooked White Rice
  • Optional Green Onions (optional) (sliced)
  • Optional Sesame Seeds (optional)

Instructions 

  • Cook rice until fluffy and set aside.
  • Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, then drain excess fat.
  • Add garlic to beef, then stir in sauces and vinegar; simmer 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir-fry vegetables in a hot pan until tender-crisp, then combine with beef mixture.
  • Serve beef and vegetables over rice, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

Feel free to customize vegetables or spice level to taste.
