Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain fat.
Add chili powder, cumin, oregano, garlic powder, salt, pepper, tomato paste, and water. Stir and cook until thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
Serve beef in tortillas with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and onions.
