A hearty and nutritious bowl combining flavorful ground beef, fluffy quinoa, and colorful vegetables, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.
Ingredients
Grains

uncooked quinoa

water or broth
Meat

ground beef
(about 1 pound)
Oils & Seasonings

olive oil

onion, chopped

cloves
garlic, minced

teaspoon
paprika

teaspoon
ground cumin

teaspoon
black pepper

salt (or to taste)
Vegetables

chopped vegetables (bell peppers, tomatoes, or zucchini)
Optional toppings
avocado slices, shredded cheese, fresh herbs, yogurt or sauce
(as desired)
Instructions
Rinse quinoa and cook in water or broth for 12–15 minutes until absorbed. Fluff and set aside.
Heat olive oil, cook onion for 2–3 minutes, then add garlic, paprika, cumin, pepper, and salt; cook 30 seconds.
Add ground beef, cook 6–8 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in vegetables, cook 3–5 minutes until tender.
Divide quinoa into bowls, top with beef mixture and optional toppings.
Notes
You can customize toppings and vegetables for variety.
