Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sauté onion and garlic until translucent, 3–4 minutes.
Add ground beef; cook until browned, 6–8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
Stir in hot honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, paprika, pepper, and salt; simmer 2–3 minutes.
Add cooked rice; stir and cook 2 minutes until warmed.
Serve in bowls, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Adjust salt and hot honey to taste for preferred spice level.
