A quick and hearty one-pan meal combining seasoned ground beef, rice, vegetables, and cheese for a satisfying dinner.
Ingredients

onion, chopped

garlic, minced

bell pepper

long-grain white rice (uncooked)

beef broth

canned tomatoes or salsa

paprika

frozen peas or mixed vegetables

corn, black beans, taco seasoning, jalapeños, Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook onion until tender, then add garlic for 30 seconds.
Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
Stir in bell pepper and spices; toast for 1 minute. Add rice, toast for another minute.
Pour in broth and tomatoes, bring to a boil, then simmer covered for 18–20 minutes. Add peas in last 5 minutes.
Top with cheese, cover until melted, then fluff and serve.
Notes
Feel free to customize with your favorite add-ins like corn or jalapeños for extra flavor.
