Instructions
Marinate chicken with teriyaki sauce and half of the pineapple juice for 15 minutes.
Whisk together remaining pineapple juice, rice vinegar, olive oil, and teriyaki sauce to make the dressing. Chill until needed.
Preheat grill; cook chicken and pineapple until charred and cooked through (6-10 minutes per side).
Slice grilled chicken; assemble salad with lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, avocado, pineapple, and cilantro. Drizzle with dressing before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate longer or add a sprinkle of sesame seeds on top.
