Ingredients

  • 4 fillets salmon (6 ounces each)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill (chopped) ((or 1 teaspoon dried dill))
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • as needed lemon wedges lemon wedges (for serving, optional)

Instructions 

  • Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Marinate salmon in the mixture for at least 15 minutes.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high. Oil the grates or pan.
  • Grill salmon skin-side down for 4-5 minutes, flip, then cook 3-5 more minutes until flaky.
  • Remove from grill, serve with lemon wedges if desired.
