A flavorful and satisfying wrap featuring grilled chicken, fresh vegetables, and a smoky chipotle mayo, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup chipotle mayonnaise (see notes for recipe)

Instructions 

  • Season the chicken breasts with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Grill the chicken until cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side, then slice.
  • Warm the tortillas and spread chipotle mayonnaise on each.
  • Assemble the wraps with lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, and sliced chicken.
  • Roll up the tortillas and serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust seasoning and toppings to taste. For a spicier kick, add more chili powder or hot sauce.
