Instructions
Season the chicken breasts with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Grill the chicken until cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side, then slice.
Warm the tortillas and spread chipotle mayonnaise on each.
Assemble the wraps with lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, and sliced chicken.
Roll up the tortillas and serve immediately.
Notes
Adjust seasoning and toppings to taste. For a spicier kick, add more chili powder or hot sauce.
