Ingredients

Meat

  • 4.5 pounds turkey tenderloins (about 6 tenderloins)
  • 2 cups Italian dressing or vinaigrette (your favorite)
  • 1 lemon juice from one lemon
  • 0.25 cup vegetable oil
  • 3-4 cups BBQ sauce (your favorite)

Instructions 

  • Cut turkey into 4 pieces per tenderloin, marinate in Italian dressing and lemon juice for 6+ hours.
  • Drain marinade, pat dry, and preheat grill to medium-high (350-400°F).
  • Oil grill grates, grill turkey 7-10 minutes per side until internal temp reaches 145°F, then remove.
  • Brush with BBQ sauce, grill 5-10 minutes turning and saucing until internal temp reaches 160°F.
  • Remove turkey, serve with additional sauce if desired.

Notes

Use a meat thermometer to ensure proper doneness and avoid overcooking.
