raw shrimp (deveined and thawed if frozen)

Dressing

BBQ sauce

Instructions
Whisk all dressing ingredients together.
Marinate shrimp in 1/3 cup of dressing for 20 minutes.
Cook corn in a pan with 1 tbsp oil until golden and charred, about 5-6 minutes.
Chop all veggies and assemble salad in a large bowl.
Grill shrimp for 2 minutes per side, then add to salad with veggies, corn, and remaining dressing.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, brush shrimp with additional BBQ sauce before grilling.
