A fresh and flavorful wrap combining grilled chicken, avocado, quinoa, and kale for a healthy lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Wraps

  • 1 piece whole wheat wrap or tortilla
  • 1 piece grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 0.25 piece avocado, sliced
  • 2 tbsp prepared pesto
  • 0.25 cup cooked quinoa
  • 0.5 cup chopped kale
  • 0.25 cup shredded Jack cheese

Instructions 

  • Warm the wrap slightly.
  • Spread pesto down the center.
  • Layer chicken, avocado, quinoa, kale, and cheese.
  • Roll tightly and press to seal.
  • Toast until cheese melts and wrap is golden.
  • Slice and serve with extra pesto or green sauce.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon or a dash of hot sauce.
