Enjoy fluffy, protein-packed pancakes made with Greek yogurt for a nutritious breakfast.
Ingredients
Dry ingredients

all-purpose flour

baking powder

baking soda
Pinch
salt
Wet ingredients

cup
plain Greek yogurt
1

egg

cup
milk

tbsp
honey or maple syrup

vanilla extract
For cooking
Butter or oil
(for greasing skillet)
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Whisk wet ingredients separately until smooth.
Combine wet and dry mixtures until just blended.
Heat skillet, add butter or oil. Pour ¼ cup batter for each pancake.
Cook until bubbles form and edges set, then flip and cook until golden.
Stack pancakes and serve with toppings of choice.
Notes
