A colorful and nutritious layered parfait perfect for a quick breakfast or snack, combining creamy Greek yogurt, crunchy granola, and fresh berries.
Ingredients

Greek yogurt

granola

mixed berries

honey or maple syrup

vanilla extract

ground cinnamon

Instructions
Rinse berries gently and prepare strawberries if using, then set aside.
Mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
Layer about 1/4 cup of yogurt into each jar, then add 2 tablespoons of granola, followed by 1/3 cup of berries. Repeat layers as desired.
Finish with a layer of yogurt, top with berries, drizzle with extra honey or syrup, and garnish with mint leaves.
Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or serve immediately.
Notes
For added flavor, try layering with different berries or adding a sprinkle of nuts.
