A colorful and nutritious layered parfait perfect for a quick breakfast or snack, combining creamy Greek yogurt, crunchy granola, and fresh berries.

Ingredients

Dairy

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon

To taste

  • fresh mint leaves

Instructions 

  • Rinse berries gently and prepare strawberries if using, then set aside.
  • Mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
  • Layer about 1/4 cup of yogurt into each jar, then add 2 tablespoons of granola, followed by 1/3 cup of berries. Repeat layers as desired.
  • Finish with a layer of yogurt, top with berries, drizzle with extra honey or syrup, and garnish with mint leaves.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or serve immediately.

Notes

For added flavor, try layering with different berries or adding a sprinkle of nuts.
