Delicious and moist muffins packed with fresh blueberries and creamy Greek yogurt, perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients
Dry ingredients

Wet ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease muffin tins.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Whisk eggs, sugar, melted butter, and Greek yogurt in another bowl.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, then gently fold in blueberries.
Divide batter into muffin tins and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
Let muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of cinnamon or lemon zest to the batter.
