Ingredients

Fruits

  • 2 pieces ripe bananas (fresh or frozen for a thicker, colder smoothie)
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat or nonfat)
  • 0.5 cup milk (almond milk or any milk)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, depending on banana sweetness)

Instructions 

  • Add bananas, Greek yogurt, and milk to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and add honey if desired, then blend again.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

For a colder smoothie, use frozen bananas.
