4 to 6cupspowdered sugar
6 to 8Tbspfull-fat canned coconut milk(as needed)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare two 8-inch pans with parchment or greasing.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Whisk wet ingredients separately. Combine both until smooth.
Divide batter into pans and bake for 23-28 minutes until golden. Cool completely.
Frost the cooled cakes with your favorite frosting, layering and decorating as desired.
