Delight in these easy gluten-free strawberry crumble bars, combining sweet, tangy jam with a buttery crumble topping.

Instructions
Cook strawberries, lemon juice, and sugar until jam sets, then cool.
Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a 20cm square tin with baking paper.
Mix melted butter, sugar, and flour to form crumble; press half into the tin.
Spread jam over the base, then crumble remaining mixture on top.
Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden. Cool and cut into 16 squares.
