Instructions
Mix dry ingredients and 1.75 cups chocolate chips in a bowl. Set aside. Reserve some chips for topping.
Whisk eggs, yogurt, oil, milk, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
Combine wet and dry mixes; let sit 10 minutes. Preheat oven to 425°F. Prepare muffin tin.
Fill muffin cups 3/4 full, top with reserved chips, and slightly push in.
