Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose gluten free flour (King Arthur Measure for Measure Gluten Free Flour)
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (99g)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk (148ml, whole milk)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil (89ml)
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (85g)

Chocolate Glaze

  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tsp light corn syrup
  • 2 Tbsp milk (additional for glaze)
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar (169g)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar (133g)
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Whisk wet ingredients and combine with dry mixture until smooth.
  • Fill donut molds and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
  • Prepare glaze by melting butter, mixing with corn syrup, milk, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Dip cooled donuts into glaze and decorate with sprinkles.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
