  • 2 pieces ripe bananas
  • 1 egg egg
  • 45 g sugar-free vanilla yogurt
  • 24 g powdered peanut butter
  • 40 g coconut flour
  • 2-3 tbsp sugar-free vanilla or cinnamon syrup
  • 1 packet stevia
  • 5 g baking powder

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a loaf pan.
  • Mash bananas until smooth in a large bowl.
  • Mix in coconut flour and baking powder until smooth.
  • Add egg, yogurt, peanut butter, syrup, and stevia; stir well.
  • Pour batter into pan and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
