Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mash bananas and mix with wet ingredients.
Combine dry ingredients and fold into wet mixture. Add optional nuts or chocolate chips.
Pour batter into a greased loaf pan and top with brown sugar, almond flour, butter, and cinnamon.
Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
