  • 1 medium apple (grated)
  • 2 apples (small dice) diced apples (about 2 heaping cups)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3/4 teaspoon sea salt

To serve

  • Maple syrup (for drizzling)
