Deliciously rich and fudgy brownies made with almond flour and coconut sugar, perfect for gluten-free treats.

Ingredients

Eggs

  • 2 large Eggs (large, room temperature)

Sweeteners

  • 1 cup Coconut Sugar

Flavorings

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Oils

  • 1/2 cup Avocado oil (or any neutral oil)

Cocoa & Flour

  • 3/4 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 cup Almond Flour

Salt & Baking Soda

  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking soda

Chocolate Chips

  • 1/3 cup Chocolate chips (divided, semi-sweet mini)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C) and prepare an 8x8 pan with greasing or parchment paper.
  • Mix eggs, coconut sugar, vanilla, and oil in a large bowl until combined.
  • Add cocoa powder, almond flour, salt, and baking soda; stir until smooth.
  • Fold in half of the chocolate chips, pour batter into pan, then sprinkle remaining chips on top.
  • Bake for 25 minutes; cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

For easier cutting, refrigerate the brownies after cooling.
