A flavorful and easy roasted cauliflower dish infused with garlic, Parmesan, and fresh herbs, perfect as a side or snack.
Ingredients
Cauliflower

cauliflower, cut into florets
(about 8 cups)

cloves
garlic, minced

fresh parsley, chopped
(finely chopped)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
lemon juice

extra-virgin olive oil

paprika

grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450ºF (230ºC) and prepare a baking sheet.
Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Spread on baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes, tossing halfway.
Add garlic and Parmesan, roast for 5 more minutes.
Finish with lemon juice and parsley, toss gently, and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle additional Parmesan before serving.
