A deliciously roasted cauliflower dish infused with garlic and topped with Parmesan cheese, perfect as a side or snack.
Ingredients
Cauliflower

cauliflower (about 2 lbs)
(Remove leaves and stem, cut into florets)

cloves
garlic (minced)

extra virgin olive oil

Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
to taste
salt
to taste
pepper

fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut cauliflower into florets and toss with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Arrange on a baking sheet, sprinkle with half of the Parmesan.
Roast for 25 minutes, add remaining Parmesan, and roast 5 more minutes.
Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional Parmesan or herbs.
