Delicious homemade garlic knots with a golden crust, perfect for sharing and dipping in marinara sauce.

Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 ¾ cups all purpose flour (plus more for dusting)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (finely minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese

For Serving

  • Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add yogurt and stir to form dough.
  • Knead dough until smooth, divide into 8 pieces, roll into logs, and tie into knots. Place on baking sheet.
  • Mix olive oil, garlic, parsley, and parmesan. Brush on knots.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden. Cool for 5 minutes and serve with marinara.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional parmesan or herbs before baking.
