Delicious homemade garlic knots with a golden crust, perfect for sharing and dipping in marinara sauce.
Ingredients
Dough
1 ¾
cups
all purpose flour
(plus more for dusting)

tablespoon
baking powder
1
teaspoon
salt
1
cup
greek yogurt
¼
cup
olive oil
2
cloves
garlic
(finely minced)
1
tablespoon
fresh parsley
(finely chopped)
1
tablespoon
grated parmesan cheese
For Serving
Marinara sauce
(for dipping)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add yogurt and stir to form dough.
Knead dough until smooth, divide into 8 pieces, roll into logs, and tie into knots. Place on baking sheet.
Mix olive oil, garlic, parsley, and parmesan. Brush on knots.
Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden. Cool for 5 minutes and serve with marinara.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional parmesan or herbs before baking.
