A quick and healthy stir-fry combining tender chicken, crisp zucchini noodles, and flavorful garlic sauce for a delicious low-carb meal.

Instructions
Spiralize zucchinis and set aside on paper towels.
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and cornstarch in a bowl.
Cook chicken in 1 tbsp olive oil until golden, then remove from pan.
Sauté garlic and ginger in remaining oil for 30 seconds, then add zucchini noodles and cook 2-3 minutes.
Return chicken to pan, add sauce, and toss until thickened. Garnish with green onions and serve.
Notes
Use fresh garlic and ginger for best flavor. Adjust red pepper flakes to taste.
