Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread fries on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak cubes with salt and pepper, then cook for 2-3 minutes per side until crust forms. Remove and set aside.
Add butter to the same skillet, melt, then sauté garlic, rosemary, and thyme for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Return steak to skillet and toss to coat. Cook for another minute.
Serve steak bites with crispy fries, garnished with chopped parsley.
