A delicious combination of tender steak bites cooked in garlic butter served alongside crispy fries, perfect for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1/2 teaspoon dried)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped (or 1/2 teaspoon dried)
  • 1 pound frozen French fries or homemade (if you're feeling ambitious)
  • Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread fries on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak cubes with salt and pepper, then cook for 2-3 minutes per side until crust forms. Remove and set aside.
  • Add butter to the same skillet, melt, then sauté garlic, rosemary, and thyme for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Return steak to skillet and toss to coat. Cook for another minute.
  • Serve steak bites with crispy fries, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional herbs or a squeeze of lemon before serving.
