Ingredients

Meat

  • 1.5 pounds sirloin steak or ribeye strip steak
  • to taste none Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter divided
  • 4-5 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions 

  • Let the steak sit at room temperature for 30 minutes, then cut into 1-inch cubes and season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak bites in batches for about 2 minutes per side until cooked to medium.
  • Reduce heat to medium-low, add remaining butter and minced garlic, stirring until fragrant (1-2 minutes).
  • Toss cooked steak with garlic butter and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.

Notes

Ensure not to overcook the steak for tender bites.
