A delicious and easy-to-make salmon dish with garlic butter sauce, perfect for a quick dinner.

4piecesboneless skinless Salmon Fillets
40gPlain Flour
1tspGarlic Powder(plus more to taste)
1tspSalt(plus more to taste)
0.5tspBlack Pepper(plus more to taste)
0.5tbspOlive Oil
6tbspUnsalted Butter(divided into tbsp chunks)
2clovesGarlic(finely diced)
120mlVegetable Stock
1tbspFresh Parsley(finely diced)
1lemonLemon(divided into 4 wedges)
Instructions
Mix flour, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Coat salmon fillets evenly.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry fillets 3 mins per side until golden. Add 1 tbsp butter and baste for 1 min. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, cook garlic until lightly browned. Pour in stock, scrape pan, then add remaining butter. Whisk until sauce thickens. Add parsley and season if desired.
Simmer sauce for a few minutes until thickened. Return salmon to pan, baste with sauce, and warm through. Serve with lemon wedges and extra sauce.
Notes
Ensure not to burn the garlic to avoid bitterness.
