Instructions
Add chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave-safe bowl, heat for 30 seconds, stir, then heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted (~1½ - 2 minutes).
Slice bananas about ½ inch thick.
Dip banana slices into melted chocolate with a fork, allowing excess to drip back into the bowl.
Place coated banana slices on wax or parchment paper-lined tray and top with sea salt if desired.
Freeze for 2 hours or until frozen.
