Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 1 ¾ cups old fashion rolled oats (gluten-free if necessary)
  • 2 medium spotty bananas
  • 2 eggs eggs
  • cup unsweetened almond milk (or other milk options)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Let sit for 4-6 minutes.
  • Preheat waffle iron and lightly grease. Pour batter and cook until golden brown.
  • Repeat with remaining batter.
  • Let waffles sit for 1-2 minutes before serving with toppings.
