Ingredients

Egg Whites

  • 4 large egg whites
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • to taste salt
  • for frying olive oil

Instructions 

  • Mix egg whites, coconut flour, salt, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  • Brush a nonstick pan with olive oil and pour in the mixture, spreading evenly.
  • Cook for 2 minutes, flip, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Place on a plate, add toppings, and enjoy.

Notes

Use a nonstick pan to prevent sticking and ensure even cooking.
