Ingredients

whole grain bread

egg whites
egg whites

avocado
avocado mashed

pepper jack cheese shredded
(any cheese is fine)
to taste
salt and pepper
Instructions
Toast the bread slices.
Cook egg whites over medium-low heat until set, about 2-3 minutes.
Spread mashed avocado on both slices of toasted bread.
Place cooked egg whites on one slice and shredded cheese on the other.
Season with salt and pepper, assemble the sandwich, and enjoy.
