A quick and colorful veggie pizza perfect for a healthy and delicious meal.

Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 piece pre-made pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 0.5 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 bell pepper bell pepper, thinly sliced (any color)
  • 1 small zucchini (thinly sliced)
  • 0.5 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.5 red onion red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • Spread sauce on crust, top with cheese.
  • Toss sliced vegetables with oil and seasonings, then distribute over pizza.
  • Add spinach on top, bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
  • Garnish with basil, slice, and serve.
