A refreshing and creamy vegan smoothie combining tropical mango, coconut, and vanilla for a perfect healthy treat.

2cupsfrozen mango chunks
1mediumripe banana, peeled and broken into chunks
3/4cupfull-fat canned coconut milk, well shaken
1/3cupcoconut water or plain water(for a lighter version)
2tablespoonsunsweetened shredded coconut
1tablespoonmaple syrup or agave nectar(optional, adjust to taste)
1/2teaspoonpure vanilla extract
1/4teaspoonground turmeric(optional)
Sea Salt
a small pinchsea salt
Instructions
Shake the coconut milk vigorously for 15 seconds before opening.
Peel the banana and break into chunks. Place frozen mango in blender, add banana, shredded coconut, coconut milk, water, maple syrup, vanilla, turmeric, and salt.
Secure lid and blend on high for 45-60 seconds until smooth.
Taste and adjust sweetness or texture if needed.
Divide evenly into two glasses and serve with toppings if desired.
Notes
For a creamier texture, use frozen banana slices and adjust water for desired consistency.
