Instructions
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and bell pepper; cook until softened.
Add ground turkey, sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper; cook until turkey is browned.
Stir in crushed tomatoes, water, and half of the Parmesan cheese; simmer for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions; drain.
Combine pasta with sauce, top with remaining Parmesan and fresh basil; serve hot.
Notes
Use fresh basil for the best flavor and adjust red pepper to your spice preference.
