A quick and flavorful tuna salad with a spicy kick, perfect for a light lunch or snack.
Ingredients
Canned Tuna

can
tuna in oil or water, drained
2
tablespoons
mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)

tablespoon
sriracha
½
cup
cucumber, finely diced
2
tablespoons
red onion, finely chopped
1
tablespoon
green onions, sliced
½
teaspoon
chili flakes (optional)
½
lime
juice of lime
to taste
Salt and pepper
¼
avocado
diced (optional)

small
celery stalk, chopped (optional)
chopped jalapeño
for more kick (optional)
Instructions
Drain and flake the tuna, then place in a bowl.
Whisk together mayo, sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the creamy base.
Add the creamy mixture to the tuna and fold in cucumber, red onion, green onion, and optional ingredients.
Taste and adjust seasoning with more sriracha, chili flakes, salt, or lime juice as desired.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to meld flavors.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise.
