Chicken
4lbsboneless skinless chicken breasts
1cupchicken broth
Spices and Seasonings

Instructions
Add chicken breasts and chicken broth to a large pot or slow cooker. Season with spices. Cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or on HIGH for 3-4 hours until shredded.
Whisk together barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and hot sauce. Drain cooked chicken and shred with forks. Mix shredded chicken with sauce and heat through for 10 minutes.
Slice buns if needed, then assemble sliders with saucy chicken, coleslaw, and pickle slices. Serve immediately or keep warm in a slow cooker on WARM setting.
