Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out the centers.
Brush zucchini halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Mix cooked chicken with mozzarella, Parmesan, red pepper flakes, and chopped herbs. Stuff into zucchini boats.
