Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line muffin tin with paper liners.
Mix olive oil, agave syrup, Greek yogurt, eggs, lemon zest, and lemon juice until combined.
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; mix until just combined.
Fill muffin cups 3/4 full and bake for 15-17 minutes. Cool slightly before removing.
Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over cooled muffins.
