A quick and healthy recipe for spinach and egg wraps with cottage cheese, perfect for a nutritious breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups fresh baby spinach (tightly packed)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 0.25 cup cottage cheese
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine spinach, eggs, cottage cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour mixture onto parchment and spread into a rectangle.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes until firm and edges are golden.
  • Cool for 5 minutes, flip, peel off parchment, and cut into three wraps.
