Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine spinach, eggs, cottage cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour mixture onto parchment and spread into a rectangle.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until firm and edges are golden.
