A quick and flavorful chicken skillet with a creamy garlic Parmesan sauce, perfect for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
Chicken

boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in half horizontally

tablespoon
olive oil

tablespoon
butter

cloves
garlic, minced

cup
heavy cream
1/2
cup
chicken broth
1/2
cup
grated Parmesan cheese
1/4
cup
grated Parmesan cheese, for topping

teaspoon
dried Italian seasoning

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
black pepper

fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Heat oil and butter in skillet; sear chicken 4-5 mins per side until cooked. Remove and set aside.
Add garlic; cook 1 min. Pour in broth; scrape browned bits. Simmer 2 mins.
Stir in cream and Italian seasoning; simmer. Add Parmesan cheese; stir until thickened.
Return chicken; spoon sauce over. Top with Parmesan and parsley. Cover and cook 2 mins.
Notes
Use fresh parsley for best flavor. Adjust seasoning to taste.
