Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Season chicken with herbs, salt, pepper, and half of the garlic. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Arrange chicken and vegetables in a baking dish. Drizzle with remaining olive oil and garlic.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley or basil before serving.
