A quick and flavorful chicken stir fry with fresh vegetables and a sweet-savory sauce, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 lb chicken tenders

Vegetables

  • 1 head broccoli

Sauces & Oils

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger

Seasonings

  • pepper pepper
  • salt salt

Instructions 

  • Chop vegetables and chicken into strips.
  • Cook chicken in 1 tbsp olive oil until browned and cooked through. Remove from pan.
  • Add 2 tbsp olive oil, vegetables, garlic powder, ginger, salt, and pepper. Sauté 10 minutes until soft.
  • Lower heat, add soy sauce and honey, simmer a few minutes.
  • Return chicken to pan, mix, and simmer 5 minutes. Serve over rice.

Notes

Use fresh vegetables for best flavor. Adjust soy sauce for saltiness.
